Allyn International launched new transportation management system

PRAGUE (April 22, 2015) – Allyn International Services Inc. (Allyn) has launched a new, improved version of their Allyn Logistics Application transportation management system (ALA). The system manages the transportation data, contracted rates, request for quotes, premium approvals, and a detailed log on the status of any shipment. The new ALA system has fully replaced the older version at the end of January 2015. 

The new ALA system was developed with the idea of offering Allyn’s clients the best user experience possible. It is faster, more intuitive and user friendly, and offers an enhanced user interface. Additionally, the new system is fully web based, supports multiple shipments at a time, and offers improved validations. 

This new and improved system was created solely by Allyn’s Information Technology (IT) team members. “We successfully launched the system on November 28, 2014. During the first phase, it was available in Europe and China only, and after three weeks, it was released in the United States,” says Allyn’s Global IT Manager, Manuel Gonzalez. The old system was officially closed on January 27, 2015.

One of the main advantages of the new system is the fact that it´s tailor-made to fit the client´s requests. “This is what makes us exceptional. Our system has everything the client needs. All enhancements are done extremely quickly, as compared to any other development company, and per user comments our system is faster than any other systems they have and are working with,” adds Gonzalez. 

Allyn’s IT team is still working on the evolving system in hopes of offering the best and fastest solutions without sacrificing any of the quality and control. The IT team is located in Mexico, USA ,and Czech Republic and they are available for clients in different time zones.
